Since the inception of the World Phenomenology Institute, membership has been a central component of this organization. In fact, the members formed the core of the Institute, and as a result, membership will continue to play an important role in our future. An academic institute is only as strong as its membership. In the past, members were required to choose membership in one of several societies, but now membership will be for the institute in general.  In other words, all scholars will now be members of the World Phenomenology Institute rather than in individual societies.

The benefits of membership will include the following:

  1. Dissemination of information for all events and activities of the WPI
  2. Discounts on conference registrations
  3. Access to WPI Newsletter
  4. Access to WPI membership list
