Analecta Husserliana: The Yearbook of Phenomenological Research.
Founded in 1968 by Dr. Anna-Teresa Tymieniecka, Analecta Husserliana: The Yearbook of Phenomenological Research, which is a peer reviewed journal, has been a major scholarly journal for almost the past fifty years, and it is now in its 125th volume. The journal was originally intended to continue Husserl’s Jahrbuch fur Philosophie und Phaenomenologische Forschund (Halle, 1913-1930), hence its name “Yearbook,” although as a book series it appears in several volumes every year. It collects the vast research work gathered at seminars and international conferences being held world-wide by the World Phenomenology Institute.
Analecta Husserliana promotes extensive philosophical and interdisciplinary work to elaborate Edmund Husserl’s initial idea of mathesis universalis. Many early articles in the Analecta focused on pure continental philosophy, but as the discipline has changed, so has the journal. Phenomenology soon was applied to the study of literature, aesthetics, and the fine arts, and many such scholarly articles began to appear in the journal. The journal remains interdisciplinary to this day. Scholars who investigate the study of phenomenology in such fields as literary theory, literature, continental philosophy, aesthetics, among other related areas, are encouraged to submit articles for publication consideration. All articles appearing in the Analecta Husserliana will be peer-reviewed by at least three members of the editorial board.
Analecta Husserliana has had an impressive publication history. The initial volumes were published first by Reidel Academic Publishers, then by Kluwer, and now the journal is proudly published by Springer, one of the largest and most distinguished academic publishers in Europe. All volumes are available in print and digital formats, and individual articles can be downloaded electronically. The officers of the World Phenomenological Institute look forward to working with such a supportive and professional publisher as Springer.

Phenomenological Inquiry: A Review of Philosophical Ideas and Trends.
Phenomenological Inquiry: A Review of Philosophical Ideas and Trends has been published by the World Phenomenology Institute since 1977. It was originally published as the Phenomenology Information Bulletin. The Phenomenological Inquiry, which is a peer-reviewed journal, offers information of interest to scholars and philosophers working in the field of phenomenology. Scholars are invited to send information to the Phenomenological Inquiry regarding their current research projects. The editors and editorial board invite the submission of short articles (2000-2500 words) on topics in phenomenological methods of analysis to literary or aesthetic studies. A major section of the journal, which is published yearly as a double issue, is devoted to reviewing the many newly published books related to phenomenology and philosophy in general. Announcements about upcoming events of the WPI are also included in the journal. In addition, professional societies and academic institutions may submit details of their conferences, seminars, and publications for announcement in the journal. All communications, submissions, and inquiries should be sent to the World Phenomenology Institute.

Islamic Philosophy and Occidental Phenomenology in Dialogue.
First published in 2000, Islamic Philosophy and Occidental Phenomenology in Dialogue is the newest journal of the World Phenomenology Institute. The purpose of this new journal is to unfold a dialogue between Islamic philosophy and phenomenology. It is hoped that this interchange between Islamic and occidental philosophies will foster a “New Humanism” so urgently needed in our world.
Like Analecta Husserliana, Islamic Philosophy and Occidental Phenomenology in Dialogue is a journal which is peer-reviewed by members of its editorial board. Scholars who are interested in the interrelationship between Islamic philosophy and phenomenology are encouraged to submit articles to the World Phenomenology Institute. The WPI also organizes various international conferences and congresses that focus on the relationship between Islamic philosophy and phenomenology. Articles from these conferences in addition to other submitted articles comprise this journal. Again, this journal is proudly published by Springer, which eagerly looks forward to publishing future volumes of this important journal.
